OF OUR COMPANYWith more than 50 years of experience in Puerto Rico, we are a small minority-owned entity specializing in Construction and Improvements to Water and Wastewater Systems.
Félix A. Morales Iglesias created the company in 1972 under F. Morales & Asociados, Inc. In 1993, we evolved to become Costa Mar Construction, S.E. In 2017 we became Costa Mar Group, LLC., the new generation of the family-owned business. We started as a general construction company and became a leader in the potable water and wastewater systems in Puerto Rico. Our main project portfolio is sanitary sewer systems, water supply systems, civil site works developments, buildings, earth movements, water treatment filtration plants & water treatment plants. We are known today in the industry as experts in water and wastewater systems.
Costa Mar Group has maintained a steady growth pattern throughout the subsequent fifty years of our history.
